These terms cover the EasyLead website and service operated by 771414, LLC. A written customer agreement or order governs your purchased service, fees and specific delivery commitments. Browsing this website does not start a subscription.
Authorised business use
Only connect accounts, phone numbers, calendars, files and advertising assets you are authorised to use. Keep access credentials secure, maintain accurate account details and invite only authorised people to your workspace.
You are responsible for your offer, marketing content, contact permissions and compliance with applicable law and connected-platform policies. Do not use EasyLead for spam, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, misleading advertising or other unlawful activity.
Automation and human oversight
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review your configuration, qualification rules, permitted claims and workflows before launch. Use human review for decisions requiring professional judgement. A booking, campaign estimate or AI response is not a guarantee of attendance, revenue or a particular business result.
Connected platforms
WhatsApp, Meta, calendar services and other providers have their own terms, approvals, charges and availability. You remain responsible for those accounts and third-party charges. Access can depend on provider review or permission changes. We may pause a connection when necessary to protect the service or comply with provider requirements.
Fees and cancellation
Your agreed order specifies fees, renewal, cancellation, included usage and any refund terms. No price, charge, automatic top-up or performance guarantee is created by this website alone. Additional services or advertising spend require agreement.
Data and access
You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You authorise us to process it as needed to provide and support your agreed service. Workspace access is limited to authorised users and service operators. See our privacy policy and deletion instructions.
Support and changes
Contact info@easylead.io for support or questions about these terms. Material changes affecting a purchased service are handled under the relevant customer agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
