Yes. We connect the company number to its workspace and test incoming messages, media and replies as part of setup. The connection method depends on your current WhatsApp setup.
Can my team take over?

How do company workspaces stay separate?
Each company has its own workspace, connected accounts and invited members. Access is limited to authorised members and the service operators who support the platform.
